About  this course.

Our CPD certified Temporary Works Coordinator course is packed into approx. 9 hours of learning. We’ve built this course to be structured, fast, and as light as possible on the learner. No fluff,  just the essentials — explained clearly, and tailored to what a TWC really needs to know on site.

The first half of this course focuses on core technical principles — such as structural behaviour, load paths, and safety factors — to provide a strong foundation. The second half then applies this knowledge to typical temporary works systems  including hoarding, falsework, working platforms, and more.

We break down the technical basics of each system — so you understand what to look for, what questions to ask, and what could go wrong.  Every module is fast, sharp and to the point, to help cover a vast amount of info in a short space of time.

This course isn’t aimed at experienced designers, and it’s not about turning TWCs into engineers. While we won’t cover everything there is to know about temporary works—that would take years—we’ve designed this course to give you a solid foundation of relevant technical knowledge in a single day (about 9 hours) of focused learning, without overwhelming you.

21 modules ♦ 251 sections ♦ 9 (approx.) CPD hours ♦ 28 days access

Who is this TWC course for?

Anyone looking to enhance their understanding of temporary works beyond just procedural coordination.

Unlike the standard TWC procedural courses, this course teaches TWCs the key technical management skills to support safer, smarter decisions. It’s not a design course—you’re not expected to design temporary works. You don’t need to complete the standard TWC procedural course first, and there’s no tricky maths involved.
